Relationship Focused Real Estate Brokerage seeking innovative Marketing Coordinator

Independently owned & operated Boutique Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a dynamic marketing professional who understands the importance of building relationships & connections in sales. 

The ideal candidate will work in coordination with the Director of Business Development to implement strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and building brand trust throughout the State of Florida. We are looking for a coachable, self motivated individual who appreciates the push towards excellence and is looking for freedom to grow on their own terms.

This Marketing Maverick will exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and understands the importance of paying attention to detail. We are looking for a professional who can thrive in a creative atmosphere and enjoys pushing limits in all that they do. 

This candidate will play an integral role in developing strategy & planning execution for the 2023 Calendar Year. 

Requirements

• No Real Estate Experience necessary - but it’s a HUGE plus!
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Understanding of graphic design and layout to support simple project management.
• Use of Canva to assist with online & print campaigns will be a daily occurrence in this position.
• Experience hatching campaigns from idea to execution.
• Digital Portfolio is extra helpful, but not a must.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in print & digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & basic web editing/understanding okay a bonus.

BA Degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.

Pay is based on experience and ability to work independently, starting at $25/hr. This is an independent contractor position. Flexible working logistics & hours - work from home and office at your discretion, depending on project load. All terms flexible for the right person.
